I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for many years and always look forward to the excellent service, excellent breakfast, consistently high quality of service and cleanliness in all areas. The direct access to the Viaport shopping mall where you can stroll around or dine out is also very convenient. I was particularly touched by the staff's loving care for the dog "Rex". An outdoor dog, he has been a frequent visitor to the entrance area for over ten years and has become a trademark of this highly recommended hotel. Special thanks for allowing extra time for check-out at the day of departure free of charge. Only request for improvement: Would be nice if the outdoor pool can be re-opened some time to contribute to the over all experience.

Location was great since I came for business in the Asian side of Istanbul. Only 10 minutes from the SG airport avoiding long travels and traffic jams, to any part within Asian side of Istanbul was possible to reach within 30 minutes. The hotel has nice facilities in terms of gym and spa. Behind the hotel is large shopping area with many shops and restaurants, nice to visit at the end of the day. Last stuff of the hotel is very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The room service is fast. They offer kids menu.

The location of the hotel is superb. its only 8 minutes away from Sabiha Gocen airport in the Asian part of Istanbul. This hotel is suitable for stay especially if you want to spend your time shopping. we were warmly welcomed by the staff especially Ms. Alam and Ms. Reyhan. and the rest of their colleagues.

10 minutes away from Sabiha Airport and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for shoppers, with Direct access to Via Port Outlet mall Asia, with a range of stores and markets within walking distance. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, which ensured a good night's sleep before my flight the next day. I was also pleased that the hotel staff offered me a late checkout option, which was a great convenience as my flight was at night. The process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and flexible stay near Sabiha Airport. The combination of a great location, comfortable bed, and accommodating staff made for a truly enjoyable experience.

I visit Turkey often - for work and for a ride with my motorcycle. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Istanbul! Even for me, this is the best hotel I have stayed in in all of Turkey! I will visit it again. I highly recommend it!

As far as first impressions go, crowne plaza Asia is 6 minute from Sabiha airport and it is connected to viaport outlet (shops, cafes and restaurants). the spa was nice and they offer indoor swimming pool. Staffs were so helpful and wants you to relax and enjoy your time in the hotel. The front office staff Lama , Okan and the concierge team Semih and Furkan. and all of them that I don’t remember their names were helpful and will make your stay more memorable. & See you soon enshalah in our next visit

our experience was totally nice in the hotel , inside the Viaport Asia outlet where you can shop and take rest easily in the hotel. the room was spacious and the staff were cooperative specially LAMA who can talk in Arabic and DUNIA , both were helpful and supportive there were free airport shuttle with luxury car Thank you Crown Plaza Istanbul - Asia for the luxury experience. I would come again in future and recommend this hotel for friends. I really want to thank LAMA and I will be happy to see here again in Reception
